Final round of weekly Mideast League honors awarded

Three Mideast League programs pick up the final MSFA Player of the Week honors for 2025.

Offensive Player of the Week
Moses Fullingim, Indiana Wesleyan
So., RB, Tulsa, Okla. (Northeastern Oklahoma A&M)

  • Rushed for a career-high 128 yards on 31 carries in the No. 11 Indiana Wesleyan’s win over Siena Heights
  • Scored three rushing TDs in the win
  • Earns his first career MSFA Player of the Week honor

Defensive Player of the Week
Christian Jackson, Defiance
Fr., DB, Toledo, Ohio (Thomas More [Ky.])

  • Made a team-high ten tackles in the Yellow Jackets win over Lawrence Tech
  • Finished with two sacks and three tackles for loss on the day
  • Earns his first career MSFA Player of the Week award

Special Teams Player of the Week
Lucas Shilts, Taylor
Sr., K, Marion, Ind. (Eastbrook)

  • Converted all 11 extra point attempts in Taylor’s 77-35 win over Madonna
  • Becomes the first player in Mideast League history to make 11 or more extra points twice in his career
  • Earns his third MSFA Player of the Week award this season, and the seventh of his career
