MATT’S MATCHUPS 2025-26 HOOPS – WEEK 10

Things turned out to be average last week as I posted a 19-6 (76 percent) mark. Heading into the final week of January, my overall record is now 136-47, which keeps me at 74 percent for the season.

TUESDAY

Bethany Christan (7-7) at Wawasee (11-4): The Warriors squeezed past Bethany Christian, 60-57, a year ago. Josh Rassi’s 10 points lifted the Bruins to a 69-9 win over Hamilton. Davis Cowan added six points in Wawasee’s 57-41 win over Plymouth. Matt’s pick: Wawasee 62, Bethany Christian 54.

Mishawaka (6-8) at Fairfield (7-3): The Falcons went to overtime to claim a 69-61 win over Mishawaka last year. Colten Handley poured in 10 points in the Cavemen’s 73-39 win over Trinity Academy. Parker Smith contributed 14 points in Fairfield’s 66-52 loss to No. 3 (Class 2A) Westview. Matt’s pick: Fairfield 56, Mishawaka 49.
