NORTH NAMED NCCAA NATIONAL STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
GREENVILLE, S.C. – The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) announced the National Student-Athlete of the Week Award winners for the week of September 27 – October 2. Isabelle North earned the honor of NCCAA Women’s Volleyball National Student-Athlete of the Week.
Isabelle North led the Pilots to two dominating wins on the week. North started the week with eight kills in eight attempts for a perfect hitting percentage against Goshen College. North then had 14 kills and a .565 hitting percentage in the win over Lourdes University.
It is the sixth NCCAA National Student-Athlete of the Week honor for the Pilots in 2021-22 and the third weekly accolade for the sophomore from Fort Wayne. Each student-athlete has been nominated by his/her respective institution and exemplifies the Christian ideals held by the NCCAA.
