CENTIER BANK PERFORMER OF THE WEEK – 11-9-19

The Centier Bank Performers of the Week are Andrean junior running back Ryan Walsh and New Prairie senior quarterback Chase Ketterer.

In addition to rushing 23 times for 174 yards and three touchdowns, Walsh also recorded 11 tackles on defense, returned a fumble for a touchdown, and added a blocked field goal on special teams in Friday’s 44-31 win over No, 10 Rensselaer Central for the Class 2A Sectional 33 crown. Andrean (9-3) travels to top-ranked Lewis Cass (11-1) on Friday, November 15 for the regional championship.

Although he was just 3-of-4 passing for 11 yards, Ketterer also ran 46 times for 286 yards and four touchdowns for the No. 4 Cougars Friday in their 35-27 win over Plymouth for the Class 4A Sectional 18 title. New Prairie (11-1) hits the road on Friday, November 15 to play Hobart (10-2) for the regional title.

The Centier Bank Performer of the Week is open to any male-female student athlete who participates in any IHSAA sanctioned sport and whose school is in the Centier Bank geographic area.
