Crossroads League Announces Women’s Soccer Award Winners

 JACKSON, Mich. – The Crossroads League announced its 2023 Women’s Soccer All-League honors on Monday, following No. 2 Spring Arbor adding the CL Tournament Championship to its share of the regular season title.

SAU’s Lauren Marshall headlined the honors, being named the Crossroads League Player of the Year, with teammate Ariana Stoltzfus taking home CL Defensive Player-of-the-Year recognition and head coach Jason Crist sharing CL Coach-of-the-Year honors with Indiana Wesleyan’s Daniel Seiffert.

The Crossroads League’s other top honors included Katie Koger of Marian being named the CL Offensive Player of the Year and CL Newcomer of the Year, and Mallory Krueger of Indiana Wesleyan being voted the CL Midfielder of the Year.

In addition to those major honors, 22 student-athletes were named as Crossroads League First-Team selections, with 15 others taking home Crossroads League Honorable Mention honors.

The All-Crossroads League awards are voted on by the CL’s head women’s soccer coaches.
