Eastern to Enter Transfer Portal

 

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue men’s basketball head coach Matt Painter has announced that Nojel Eastern has entered the transfer portal.

 

Eastern, a 6-foot, 7-inch guard from Evanston, Illinois, averaged 4.9 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game while shooting 42.0 percent from the field and 48.5 percent from the free throw line a year ago for the Boilermakers. He was 0 for 3 from long distance.
