SOUTH BEND, Ind.- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (21-2, 14-2 CCAC) defeated the Cardinal Stritch University Wolves (4-20, 4-13 CCAC) by a score of 74-46. Saturday’s victory makes the Titans victorious in 11 of their last 12 games and moves IU South Bend back into a tie for first place in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference.

Before tip off, the Titans honored seniors Rachael Robards, Sara Doi, Taylor Klenner, and Tia Chambers for their countless hours of dedication to the program.

Tia Chambers and Rachael Robards both reached double digits in scoring in what was their last Saturday home game of their careers.

Chambers finished two rebounds shy of double-double status, scoring 14 points and collecting eight rebounds.

Robards continued her success from beyond the three point line, knocking down three of her six attempts on her way to 13 points. At 43.4 percent from the three point line, Robards is nearing the conference lead in three point percentage.

Senior guard Emma Fisher was the games leading scorer, recording a season high 16 points while making eight of the nine shots she attempted. Fisher also hauled in six rebounds and dished out five assists. Averaging four assists per game, Fisher finds herself in third place in the CCAC in assists per game.

The last Titan to reach double figures was Jazmen Watts, scoring 10 points while shooting 60 percent from the three point line.

Indiana University South Bend returns to action on Wednesday, February 8th, when they host the Crimson Wave of Calumet College of St. Joseph (Ind.) at 5:30 PM in the Student Activities Center.
