Elgin, Ill. The Holy Cross College men’s soccer team returned to Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference play this afternoon when they traveled to Judson University. Kevin Vidana got the Saints on the board with a goal off the Gabe Nyenka assist in the 38th minute.
Holy Cross would enter halftime up 1-0. Early in the second half, Isaac Filippo added a goal of his own in the 51st minute. That would be the final goal, as the Saints would go on to defeat the Eagles 2-0. With the win, Holy Cross moves to 6-8-3 and 4-4-2 in league play, while JU stands at 5-7-2 and 3-5-1.
