Holy Cross Women’s Soccer falls at Trinity Christian

Palos Heights, Illinois. The Holy Cross College women’s soccer team traveled to Trinity Chrisitan College this afternoon for a Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference. The Trolls got on the scoreboard first, with a goal coming in the 15th minute.

That goal would stand for the half, as the Saints would trail 1-0 at the half. Early in the second half, Abigail Fouts tied the game up 1-1 with a goal in the 49th minute. Trinity Christian converted on one more goal in the 87th minute to hand the Saints the 2-1 defeat. With the loss, Holy Cross stands at 4-11-1 and 2-7-1 in league play, while TCC moves to 11-3-2 and 7-1-1.
