HOW DO YOU SEE CHRISTMAS? A message from RRSN  Founder Paul R. Condry

Each and every one of us view Christmas in a different way.

Some of us see Christmas as getting up early and opening presents with their loved ones.

Some may visualize Christmas as a time to send out greeting cards and family photo cards.

Others may see Christmas as a time to catch up with a family newsletter.

Many still see Christmas as time to gather around the dining room table for a family meal.

I know others who are completely fascinated by Santa Claus.

While others are glued to the Hallmark Channel for all the feel-good Christmas stories, don’t forget all of the Christmas music playing on the radio 24-7 during the month of December.

I know others whose entire Christmas is all about decorating the house and putting out the beautifully decorated Christmas tree.

I know some who are so focused on the Christmas gift list, that it totally consumes them.

Others may see it in a totally differently way.

Thoughts of wonderful Christmas’s past that cloud their minds with the depressing thoughts of being separated from a dear loved one who have passed away.

Let me ask you a question, how do you see Jesus at Christmas time?

Do you imagine the look on the shepherd’s faces as the angel sent from GOD himself, proclaiming that SON of GOD had just been born?

Do you picture the young Mary tired and worn out because she just had a baby?

I can only imagine what it was like when she looked at the newborn child and said the name “Jesus”.

Or when she kissed the baby, that she was actually kissing the face of God.

In your mind’s eyes, do you picture Mary and Joseph and baby Jesus lying in the manager surrounded by a barn full of animals?

Or do you picture the wisemen kneeling in front of the new born king bearing gifts?

Here is how I see CHRISTMAS.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

May the greatest gift from GOD resonate in your heart each and every day

Merry CHRISTmas from our home to yours.
