ELGIN, Ill.- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (17-11, 14-6 CCAC) concluded the regular season with a victory over Judson University (5-23, 2-18 CCAC) by a final score of 76-53.

Back and forth through most of the first half, IU South Bend and Judson remained close until a 7-0 Titan run gave them a 27-20 lead with less than five minutes remaining in the period.

A late blooming IUSB offense managed to score the last 10 points of the first half to go into halftime leading 37-23.

Picking up where they left off in the first period, A Kyle Millender made three pointer and a made jumper by Collin Schmidt opened a 20 point advantage for the Titans.

Judson made things slightly more interesting just before the ten min mark in the game when back to back layups brought them within 15 points.

Still IU South Bend proved to much for the Eagles down the stretch as the Titans defeated Judson University by a final score of 76-53.

A once again efficient IUSB offense shot exactly 50% from the field and featured two players to score in double figures, led by Nick Mullen who finished with 15 points.

Mullen’s 15 points came on 7-11 shooting from the field while also collecting 14 rebounds and blocking three shots.

The other Titan to score in double figures was senior guard Quentez Columbus who finished with 13 points.

Columbus’ 13 points came on 50% shooting from the field while also dishing out four assists.

The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Tuesday, February 25th, when they begin the CCAC Conference Tournament against the Olivet Nazarene University Tigers at 7:00 PM in the Student Activities Center.
