ELGIN, Ill.- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (12-5, 7-2 CCAC) defeated the Judson University Eagles (6-11, 3-6 CCAC) by a final score of 89-60.
Wednesday’s win snaps a two game losing streak for the Titans and keeps IUSB in third place in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference,
The Titans offense featured four scorers to score in double figures, led by Jylen Petty who finished the game with 20 points.
Petty’s 20 points came on 80% shooting from the field and 3-4 from the three point line.
The next Titan to score in double figures was senior forward Dejon Barney who finished with 15 points.
Barney’s 15 points came on 75% shooting from the field while falling just two rebounds short of his second straight double-double.
Another Titan to notch double digits in the scoring column was guard Terry Ford who finished with 11 points.
Ford’s 11 points came on 60% shooting from the field while knocking down five of the seven free throws that he attempted.
The last Titan to score in double figures was senior Sam Snodgrass who also finished with 11 points.
Snodgrass’ 11 points came on a perfect 4-4 shooting from the field while knocking down all three of the three point field goals that he attempted.
The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Saturday, January 20th, when they travel to Gary, Ind., to take on the RedHawks of Indiana University Northwest at 4:00 PM ET.
