LAKEVILLE, Ind.- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (1-13-0, 1-8-0 CCAC) defeated Calumet College of St. Joseph (1-11-0, 0-9-0 CCAC) by a score of 2-0.
The IU South Bend Titans offense was led by Katie Jones and Hayli Marsch who each had a goal and an assist in Saturday’s contest. Hayli Marsch started the scoring for the Titans with a goal in the 25th minute of the first period, assisted by Katie Jones.
Shortly after, Hayli Marsch returned the favor when she found Katie Jones for a goal, putting IU South ahead heading into the second period, 2-0.
Goalkeeper Kaitlin Paul shined in her senior day, making eight saves while allowing zero goals.
The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Tuesday, October 18th, at 2:00 PM, as they look for back-to-back against the Eagles of Judson University.
