LAKEVILLE, Ind.-  The Indiana University South Bend Titans (3-13-1, 1-9-0 CCAC) were defeated by the Holy Cross College Saints (8-7-3, 6-2-3 CCAC) by a final score of 3-0.

It did not take long for the Saints to get on the board in Tuesday’s contest, scoring in the second minute on an unassisted goal by Miriam Iturriaga-San to give Holy Cross a 1-0 lead.

The match remained a one goal game until the 11th minute of the first half when Annabella Alfreda found the back of the net to extend the Titans deficit to 2-0.

The second half was scoreless until the 71st minute when Cameron Fallacara punched in another Holy Cross goal to cap off their scoring and help lead Holy Cross to a 3-0 victory over the Titans of IU South Bend.

Junior goalkeeper Jordan Aiello played all 90 minutes of the CCAC match, making seven saves while allowing three goals.

The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Saturday, November 2nd, when they return to Newton Park to conclude the regular season against the Eagles of Judson University at 12:00 ET.
