Johnson Earns Second PFL Special Teams Player of the Week Honor
Valparaiso University football redshirt senior Sam Johnson (Birmingham, Ala. / Oak Mountain [Jackson State / Alabama]) was recognized by the Pioneer Football League on Sunday as he shared the league’s Special Teams Player of the Week honor.
Johnson earned his second PFL Special Teams Player of the Week Award this season after previously garnering recognition on Sept. 15 for his performance against Indiana Wesleyan.
