  2. Warsaw (1-0): German Flores-Ortega raced 20 times for 258 yards with a pair of scores in the Tigers’ 48-23 win over Dublin Coffman (Ohio).
  3. Elkhart (1-0): A 46-yard touchdown run by Aalias Leonard lifted the No. 8 (Class 6A) Lions to a 12-7 win over Concord.
  4. Northridge (1-0): Jethro Hochstetler had scoring receptions of six and 43 yards for the Raiders in a 21-0 win over Adams.
  5. NorthWood (1-0): Wes Yoder’s nine-yard touchdown run helped the Panthers to a 7-6 win over Jimtown.

Glenn (1-0): Chase Howe caught a four-yard touchdown pass in the Falcons’ 46-0 win over Boone Grove.

New Prairie (1-0): Noah Mungia rambled 33 times for 324 yards and five touchdowns for the Cougars in their 37-21 win over LaPorte.

Saint Joseph (1-0): Mattux Tarwacki returned an interception for a touchdown in the Indians’ 27-0 blanking of Lakeland.

Washington (1-0): Marshawn Lottie accounted for 71 yards rushing with a score in the Panthers’ 27-20 win over Hammond Central.

Adams (0-1): Jeremiah Love came up with a fumble recovery for the Eagles against Northridge.

Bremen (0-1): Tyrus Graverson hauled in a 31-yard scoring strike in the Lions’ 14-12 loss to LaVille.
