  1. Penn (2-0): Vince Horner returned one of his two interceptions 64 yards for a touchdown in the No. 9 (Class 6A) Kingsmen’s 28-7 win over No. 5 (Class 5A) Mishawaka.
  2. NorthWood (2-0): JoZiah Wood caught a 13-yard touchdown pass and returned a punt 39 yards for another tally in the No. 4 (Class 4A) Panthers’ 49-7 win at Portage.
  3. Northridge (2-0): Chase Clark recorded eight receptions for 186 yards with two scores in the No. 8 (Class 4A) Raiders’ 35-29 win over Elkhart.
  4. Mishawaka (1-1): Trey Thomas came up with an interception for the Cavemen against Penn.
  5. Concord (2-0): Jaron Thomas accounted for 205 yards on the ground with two scores in the No. 10 (Class 5A) Minutemen’s 27-10 win over Jimtown.

HONORABLE MENTION

Glenn (1-1): Chase Miller registered a pair of interceptions in the Falcons’ 20-0 loss to Riley.

New Prairie (1-1): Reece Lapczynski came up with three catches for 42 yards with a touchdown in the Cougars’ 29-10 win over Goshen.

Plymouth (1-1): Grady Metsker ran three times for 46 yards with a score in the Rockies’ 42-14 loss to No. 9 (Class 4A) Columbia City.

Riley (2-0): Payton Baird had touchdown receptions of 79 and 61 yards for the Wildcats against Glenn.

Warsaw (2-0): Mason Snythe’s 38-yard field goal with 30 seconds left lifted the Tigers to an 8-6 win over Chesterton.

MAKING STRIDES

Adams (1-1): David Hayo ran 22 times for 98 yards in the Eagles’ 23-22 win at Logansport.

Bremen (1-1): Tyrus Graverson caught four passes for 136 yards with two touchdowns, booted two field goals (29 and 27 yards), and converted five extra-points in the Lions’ 41-7 win over Washington.

Marian (1-1): William Owens registered five receptions for 52 yards and the game-winning five-yard touchdown catch in the Knights’ 21-14 win over Culver Academy.

Saint Joseph (1-1): Jayden Lunford had a 53-yard interception return for a score in the Indians’ 41-3 win over Fort Wayne South.

HELP WANTED

Clay (0-2): Tyrese Jones had a 30-yard reception for a score in the Colonials’ 53-6 loss to Boone Grove.

Elkhart (0-2): Nathan Munson racked up a 59-yard touchdown catch for the Lions against Northridge.

Goshen (0-2): Drew Elliott ran 13 times for 102 yards with a score for the RedHawks against New Prairie.

Jimtown (0-2): Bishop Williams raced for 97 yards with a touchdown and tossed for 30 yards for the Jimmies against Concord.

Washington (0-2): Jaydon Lineberry hauled in a 20-yard pass for a score for the Panthers against Bremen.

Wawasee (0-2): Mason Shoemaker threw two touchdown passes in the Warriors’ 20-12 loss to West Noble.

COMING ATTRACTIONS
