Gophers’ Jupp and Childers, Hawkeyes’ Kane and Bruins’ Cooper capture weekly honors

Offensive Player of the Week

Freya Jupp, Minnesota

Sr. – F – Portsmouth, England

  • Totaled six points on three goals in a pair of victories for the Gophers
  • Added a goal in Minnesota’s 4-3 triumph versus Marquette
  • Found the back of the net twice for a 2-0 road win at Brown

Defensive Player of the Week

Kate Childers, Minnesota

  • Notched the game-winning goal off a corner kick in the 86th minute to clinch a 4-3 win over Marquette
