Revised Schedule Released for the CL Tournament

UPLAND, Ind. – After a period of communal deliberation in response to this weekend’s unfortunate weather, a revised schedule has been released for the 2022 Crossroads League Tournament.

Competition will now begin on Saturday afternoon, May 7th, at 4:00 pm, when two games will take place simultaneously, one on the campus of Taylor University and the other at Indiana Wesleyan.

Second-seeded Taylor (36-16, 26-10 CL) will take on the seven-seed, Spring Arbor (25-25-1, 16-20 CL), in the 4:00 pm game at Winterholter Field, while the three-seed, Indiana Wesleyan (30-21, 23-13 CL), and six-seed, Marian (25-25, 17-19 CL), will play at IWU.

Approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the 4:00 pm games, a second pair of games will follow suit on Saturday evening.

The four and five seeds, Huntington (24-21, 21-15 CL) and Bethel (25-27, 19-17 CL), will square off at Taylor, while the one-seed, Mount Vernon Nazarene (34-15, 27-9 CL), will take on eight-seeded Saint Francis (26-26, 15-21 CL) at Indiana Wesleyan.

Live video and live stats will be available for each game at both locations and can be found on the Crossroads League Championships Central page, where tickets for the tournament can also be purchased. Though, tickets can also be bought on-site if that method is preferred.

Tournament action will then kick back up on Monday, May 9th, when four games will take place at Taylor with an additional two being played at Indiana Wesleyan. Feel free to find a revised tournament-bracket on the CL Championships Central page to see the full tournament schedule.
