U.S. Women’s National Team Roster Announced for November Rivalry Series
Group includes 22 players from the gold medal-winning 2023 world championship team

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced the 26 players who have been selected to the U.S. Women’s National Team that will face Canada in the opening two contests of the 2023-24 Rivalry Series in November.
Highlighting the roster is four-time Olympian and nine-time Women’s World Champion Hilary Knight (Sun Valley, Idaho), along with the first-overall selection in the 2023 PWHL Draft, Taylor Heise (Lake City, Minn.).
The roster features 22 players who took home gold for Team USA at the 2023 IIHF Women’s World Championship in April, including Cayla Barnes (Eastvale, Calif.), Hannah Bilka (Coppell, Texas), Alex Carpenter (North Reading, Mass.), Britta Curl (Bismarck, N.D.), Lacey Eden (Annapolis, Md.), Aerin Frankel (Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.), Becca Gilmore (Wayland, Mass.), Rory Guilday (Minnetonka, Minn.), Savannah Harmon (Downers Grove, Ill.), Caroline Harvey (Salem, N.H.), Taylor Heise (Lake City, Minn.), Nicole Hensley (Lakewood, Colo.), Gabbie Hughes (Lino Lakes, Minn.), Tessa Janecke (Orangeville, Ill.), Megan Keller (Farmington Hills, Mich.), Hilary Knight (Sun Valley, Idaho), Abbey Levy (Congers, N.Y.), Abbey Murphy (Evergreen Park, Ill.), Kelly Pannek (Plymouth, Minn.), Abby Roque (Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.), Hayley Scamurra (Getzville, N.Y.) and Haley Winn (Rochester, N.Y.).
Laila Edwards (Cleveland, Ohio) will make her U.S. Women’s National Team debut, while Natalie Buchbinder (Fairport, N.Y.), Anna Wilgren (Hudson, Wis.) and Grace Zumwinkle (Excelsior, Minn.) all return to the national team stage.

The November Rivalry Series games will take place at Mullett Arena in Tempe, Arizona, on Nov. 8, and Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Nov. 11.

2023-24 RIVALRY SERIES STAFF ANNOUNCED
John Wroblewski (Neenah, Wis.) returns as head coach of the U.S. Women’s National Team after guiding the squad to gold during the 2023 IIHF Women’s World Championship, as do assistant coaches Shari Dickerman (Richmond, Minn.), Josh Sciba (Westland, Mich.) and Brent Hill (Hamden, Conn.), along with goaltending coach Alli Altmann (Eagan, Minn.).
Other staff include Katie Million, general manager; Nick Bryant, hockey operations manager; Dr. Ally Howe, team physician; Katie Homan and Keegan Warner, athletic trainer; Jennifer Chee, massage therapist; Cal Dietz and Leila Cook, strength and conditioning coach; Shelly Guzman Johnson, sports dietician; Sis Paulsen and Chase Granger, equipment managers; Melissa Katz, communications manager; Taylor Swierc and Summer Dutton, content managers.
