Valpo Football Well Represented on 2025 PFL Academic Honor Roll

The Valparaiso University football program placed 79 individuals on the 2025 Pioneer Football League Academic Honor Roll, which was announced this week.

This marked the second-highest number of honorees in program history, only one behind a program-record 80 from the 2024 campaign. Valpo had the fourth-highest total number of Academic All-PFL honorees in the Pioneer Football League for the 2025 season.

The PFL athletic director and coaches established the honor roll in 2001 to recognize the league’s outstanding student-athletes. In its 25 seasons, the academic honor roll has recognized over 12,600 student-athletes.

The PFL Academic Honor Roll consists of student-athletes who participated in football at member institutions during the semester of competition and posted a 3.0 grade-point average or higher during the semester while enrolled full-time in accordance with NCAA rules.
