No.26 Bethel Women’s Volleyball Sweeps RV USF (IN)

Mishawaka, Ind—The Bethel University Women’s Volleyball team swept the University of Saint Francis Cougars 3-0 Wednesday night at Gates Gymnasium. After cruising in the first two sets 25-17 and 25-13, the third set was more of a challenge. The score was knotted at 12-12, until the Lady Pilots pulled away, eventually winning 25-18. Bethel’s winning streak is now at 8 and they will look to keep the momentum going as they travel to Spring Arbor Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

The Lady Pilots improve their overall record to 18-7 and 10-3 in conference play.

Bethel had a total of 40 kills, led by Cheyanne Seymour (12) and Isabelle North-Greene (8)
Jackelin Fernandez led the team with 11 digs
Elise Schildermans led the team with 18 assists and close behind her was Madyson Beaver with 16

The Lady Pilots will travel to Spring Arbor on Oct. 15th. Game time is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
