KANSAS CITY, Mo.—Southeastern University junior Sharienne Ricardo was named to the Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete team for women’s tennis for the 2019 season.
To qualify, a student-athlete must be in their junior season of eligibility and have completed a full academic year at their institution and hold a career GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Ricardo posted a 14-5 overall record this season in singles play and was also 14-5 in doubles play.
The Fire finished the season with a 16-4 record, and qualified for The Sun Conference Tournament for the first time since 2017.
