Saints fall at IU EAST

Richmond, Ind. The Holy Cross College men’s basketball team traveled to Indiana University East Friday afternoon for their last contest before Christmas break. The Saints fell to (16) IUE 73-69. With the loss, Holy Cross stands at 9-7 overall.

Key Notes of the Game:

– Holy Cross shot 44% from the field and 55% from behind the arc

– IUE shot 48% from the field and 39% from three

– The Saints were outrebounded 37-28

By the Numbers:

– Storm Cook connected on 6 threes in route to a team-high 22 points

– Bryce Crosen went 8/11 from the field and finished with 16 points and pulled down 8 rebounds

– Robby Jimenez scored 15 points and dished out 3 assists

 

Next Up:

Men’s basketball will return to action on Sunday, December 30 when they travel to Goshen College. Tipoff set for 3:00pm.
