Notre Dame, IN. The Holy Cross College men’s basketball team defeated Indiana University South Bend 72-68. With the win, the Saints improve to 5-3 overall, and 2-1 in the CCAC.

Early in the second half Holy Cross would build on their lead, but the Titans would tie it up 63-63 with just under two minutes to play. Robby Jimenez would score the Saints last seven points to give Holy Cross the 72-68 victory.

Robby Jimenez led all scorers with 21 points, including going 4/4 from the free-throw line late to secure the Saints win. Ja’Mare Washington posted a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds, while freshman Storm Cook added 10 points and six assists. Holy Cross shot 45% from the field and 40% from behind the arc.
