Sioux Falls, S.D. The 3-seed Holy Cross College men’s basketball team faced 6-seed Indiana Tech this morning in the first round of the NAIA DII Men’s Basketball National Tournament. After a slow start, the Saints found themselves down 27-24 at halftime. Holy Cross outscored Indiana Tech 36-29 in the second half, holding the Warriors to 28% shooting over the final 20 minutes. The Saints would go on to defeat Indiana Tech 60-56. With the win, men’s basketball advances to the Second Round of the National Tournament.
